Return of Products
Paradise-flowers.gr guarantees fresh flowers lasting from 5 to 7 days. If you are not satisfied with the course and the vibrancy of flowers and plants we are willing to replace it within a specified period of time after contacting our store.

When ordering you must specify the product code, the desired version, accurate recipient information, telephone and mobile phone, date and time you want to surrender, greeting card, and some comments.

Modification of terms
Customer has the right to cancel their order only if payment option/method is by Bank Transfer.
For this reason make sure that you have chosen the right product before proceeding to payments by Credit card or by paypal.
Hours for cancelling the order
- Orders from 00:00 – 13:00 – Can be canceled the same day
- Orders from 13:00 – 24:00 – Can be canceled till 12:00 of the next day
After those deadlines the order cannot be cancelled. In case of cancelling we will return your payment, even in case of a bank transfer.
